You are right. You could not pay me enough money(not that we get paid lol) to live in N. O. We visited there many years ago when my husband parents were the ARC Officers there. We didnt like it then and we like it less since Katrina. We would never live there.

Totally. I wonder how much more money will be invested in rebuilding the city before we give up. My mom has a friend who worlks for the government back home in the department that decideds whether towns are worth saving or not. I wonder what they would think about New Orleons.
